Needle Acupuncture

The most traditional form of acupuncture, needle acupuncture uses ultra fine needles to stimulate acupuncture points in the body.  These points, along meridians, control the flow of "Qi" or energy throughout your body.  

Acupuncture also acts as a natural anesthetic, releasing dopamine and endorphins that help give pain relief.  On top of this, Acupuncture provides healing by decreasing inflammation, increasing circulation, and through other means.  And, it's painless!

What if I'm afraid of needles? Don't worry, the needles are so thin (.20 to .25 millimeters) that most people don't feel anything.  Human head hair ranges from .05 to .2 millimeters, and acupuncture needles are around the same thinness.
